You, my sovereign Lord, Jesus Christ, are all wise.
On this journey, of the cross, I will read your words.
Using them as a bright lantern to guide my steps.
Resting in the knowledge that you know what is best.
Lord light my path and guide my steps to follow you.
I will share this light with those I meet on the path.
Giving them the encouragement that you give me.
How shall I walk this path of faith with my Saviour?
Truly I will sing the praise of my God to all.
