French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices of bread
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Icing sugar and lemon juice


Instructions:

  • Beat eggs in a dish, beat beat them lightly and add vanilla essence.
  • Soak the bread in eggs one at a time, making sure all the egg gets soaked up.
  • Melt the butter gently in a pan and when it's fairly hot.
  • Cook the bread until it's nice and brown on both sides.
  • Serve serve with sprinkled sugar and lemon juice.
